Extremely helpful and happy staff. Helped make local travel arrangements foe me and made great suggestions on where to visit and not visit in the area.

Overpriced but no huge issues.

Quiet area yet only a few hundred meters off the action. WiFi worked flawlessly over the two days of my stay.

No hot water in the shower. Furniture was quite cheap and dirty considering the price level of this hotel. There was a light bulb mounted on the roof outside my room, which is really dumb when one wants to sleep curtains open. Hotel is way overpriced WRT location, comfort and room size.

I liked that they remembered us from last year.

I liked that they remembered us from last year. Well maintained rooms and friendly staffs.

They just need to add more selections on their menu and improve on the taste. Last year's taste was better than when we came this year.

Not bad.

Nice clean hotel. Good staff.

Elevator got stuck with my children inside. They were unharmed, just a little shaken. I was very disappointed by the limited response from the hotel. Issue was fixed. Staff did what they could. I just think the situation should have been taken care of differently by the hotel management and owner(s).

Great Value Hotel Near SM Clark

The hotel is still in soft opening, thus the facilities are all very new. Hotel staff are very accommodating, from the guard to the staff to the owner. Breakfast buffet is simple but satisfying and filling. Location is perfect, just stones away from different restaurants and other entertainment hubs. SM Clark is also walking distance if you intend to go shopping. We also like the pool at the rooftop. My niece really enjoyed her dip.

The room was clean and very comfortable.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Quite small compared to the other hotel I stayed at in the area. The view from the window and from the pool deck was great. The pool is a bit small but nice. The staff working the hotel were excellent though.

The hotel is in a “soft opening” so there was no documentation in the room. Nothing, no area info, no room service menu, nothing. There was nothing in the mini bar, but there are several little stores along the street where local snacks and sodas can be purchased. Compared to the other property I stayed at about two blocks away it was like night and day. The other property had a restaurant on the ground floor and a bar on the top floor, room service menu and a fully stocked in room mini bar. And they were about both the same price.

We got the suite, which was big and nice, value for money is...

We got the suite, which was big and nice, value for money is great. It did has some flaws, if fixed it would be a whole different opinion.

The bathroom was sizewise big. But it needs repair. Tiles from the wall missing, the bathtub/shower had no silicon on the sides which makes all the water go wherever it wants. Bidet holder loose.

My family enjoyed our stay. Our pet dogs had a great relaxing stay, too. :-) Will surely stay again.

Accommodating staff, from the security at the door, the bell boys, waiters at the cafe, front desk staff, and the GM, too. Thanks to GM Cesar for personally checking on us and making sure we are taken cared of. We love it that this is a pet-friendly hotel. They have a small pool at the roof deck.

The breakfast is simple, just needs a bit of flavor. A few slices of of fruits as dessert can be added. Can still be improved. The dinner though is good. We had the bagnet kare kare and it was flavorful. But the lemon chicken was still bloody, we had to return it. They're nice enough to replace it with a new serving. Thank you!

Foremost, they accommodated our dog that alone is a big plus.

Foremost, they accommodated our dog that alone is a big plus. Location was good, very accessible, though could improve more on secured parking area, but their security guards were there 24/7 and were assisting in parking vehicles all the time. Staff were always smiling and know the answer in every inquiry. Could improve more on food taste and more choices please on the free breakfast. Overall I still rate the property excellent and if we were to return to Clark will definitely choose Dalian as our home away from home. Thank you

I ordered room including bathtub. I got small room without bathtub. I thought I have bigger room with more facilities. I had to change the room for hier standard and to pay high price
